Christianne is an Ayurvedic practitioner who’s been passionate about natural medicine since she was a little girl in Mexico City. She later obtained her law degree, but she knew that wasn’t her true calling.
After visiting ancient healing centers with plant-based treatments and healing waters, Christianne discovered Ayurveda (an ancient healing system from India), and it felt like the missing puzzle piece to complete her life. The energy, plants, connecting with others, meditation and ancient wisdom all resonated deeply with her values.
She then studied at Mount Madonna Institute College of Ayurveda in California under some of the most influential Ayurvedic doctors in the United States, including Dr. Vasant Lad. She was also able to witness how powerful these natural remedies could be for kids when she used them on her own children.
She continued her studies and obtained her certification from the Chopra Center as a Primordial Sound Meditation Teacher.
Additionally, she is a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and actively engages in continuing education by attending conferences and seminars to deepen her knowledge in various branches of Ayurveda.
As an Ayurvedic practitioner, Christianne has completed over 4,000 hours of academic and clinical training in Ayurveda, including in-depth understanding of pathophysiology, disease management and herbology.

Ayurveda + Christianne have absolutely changed my life. I was struggling with fatigue, gut health, dry eyes, achey joints, etc. And also had dermatitis around my face and mouth and couldn't figure out how to heal it. After one visit with Christianne, she was able to get me on track with the correct diet for my Pitta dosha along with herbal supplements to support my detox. I felt better within 1-2 weeks of following her guidance - it was seriously MAGIC. I had energy again, all of my dermatitis went away, and I just felt alive for the first time in a long time. It took some time for me to make the decision to make an appointment with Christianne because I knew I‘d need to make huge changes.
