Membership Terms
Membership is non-transferable. Membership discount cannot be applied with any spa gift certificates. You may cancel your Spa Membership after the initial 6-month contract without penalty by providing written notice of your request at least 30 days prior to your billing date. If you cancel before your contract ends, a cancellation fee of one month will be issued. Benefits must be used during membership month, otherwise they are forfeited. The 10% Off All Retail Products is only up to six products per month.
Auto-renews Terms
Your Spa Membership Includes a required initial 6-month contract and month to month thereafter. Members wishing to have a Customized Peel, Skin Rehab, Bright Skin Facial must pay $20 in addition to their monthly membership fee. Services do not roll over nor can be transferred, if they are not used within the agreed billing cycle they will be forfeited
TO CANCEL YOUR SPA MEMBERSHIP After signing up for our Spa Membership, you’ll have three months to enjoy its perks. However, if you’d like to cancel it, we require that you send us an email at least 30 days before your next payment is set to be taken out. Otherwise, you’ll still be billed on a rolling month-to-month basis. If you wish to cancel your membership while still within those three months, we ask that you give us at least 30 days of written notice and warn of the early cancellation fee – which will be billed to your account. E-MAIL NOTICE TO: [email protected] With this agreement in place, Ayurvida Wellness and Beauty has the authority to withdraw monthly charges from (a) the account used for your initial payment or (b) a replacement account used later down the line. The initial payment date is when recurring payments will start taking place month by month going forward. Failing to pay these fees could lead to a hold being placed on your membership until balance is paid in full – so bear that in mind! And if it’s not remitted within 30 days from the due date? Your contract will become null and void, and your future membership status will be terminated indefinitely. Conditions So long as Ayurvida Wellness and Beauty receives written notice of this request before we initiate any actions based on it, we’re committed to honoring it as well as any appropriate refunds or cancellations associated with it. You must also provide us with a 10-day advance warning if you decide to change your billing information.
Ayurveda + Christianne have absolutely changed my life.
