What is NETRA BASTI?

It’s a restorative and preventative Ayurvedic treatment for the eyes

Under the expert care of Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Christianne Madrazo, this treatment begins with the preparation of a special dough made from organic flour. Gently placed around the eye orbit, it forms a small, nurturing dam. Warm ghee, whether plain or medicated, is then poured into this encircling reservoir. The ghee is held at a precise temperature for a specific duration to optimize its therapeutic effects. After this period, Christianne proceeds to massage specific marma points around the affected area, further enhancing the benefits of Netra Basti.
